It includes the xrays and exam and Doctor will evaluate the periodontal condition if the patient is free of periodontal disease and Doctor recommends a prophylaxis that will also be included in the $59. But if there is periodontal disease that requires a more extensive cleaning we will go over the costs at the visit.
